Although it rarely dips below a balmy 10 degrees celsius in Malta, we experienced our fair share of below-freezing temps when we were back home this past January. Keeping warm without looking like the Michelin Man is a hard feat to master. Luckily, right before flying back to the Mediterranean, I found this stunning fur stole, in an shade that I can only think to describe as “flamingo,” that is sure to elevate any winter coat. I particularly love how it works with my camel-coloured wool coat, and found the perfect pair of coral gloves to match. Of course, this scarf won’t exactly be needed with Malta’s year-round sunshine, so I sadly had to leave it at home to use once I’m back on a cold winter day. Since I just had to get some use out of it before we hopped back on the plane, and it was absolutely frigid, we didn’t get much further than the backyard. But I can’t wait to wear it again, and has me almost looking forward to one day being back amidst the Canadian winter.
