For the past couple of days I have been sick with some sort of stomach flu, and have pretty much done nothing but watch the olympics with tea in hand. I am just starting to feel better and now that I am on the road to recovery, I feel like this calls for some sort of celebration! I only wish champagne could be the vessel of said celebration, but somehow I don’t think my sensitive body would agree. So instead, I’m turning to champagne tea (yes, you read that correctly). David’s Tea used to make one called Bubbly, which was gifted to me awhile ago, and I have since been saving it for “special occasions.” I couldn’t think of a better use for it than now! Hopefully in a few days, I’ll be able to swap out my mug for a real champagne flute.
