Birthday in Budapest

It seems I’ve had a theme running over the last couple of years. Following last year’s Birthday in Barcelona, this time I celebrated my 25th birthday in Budapest!
I started the morning in Malta, and by lunchtime I was in Hungary, running into the arms of one of my best friends, who had flown over from Canada the day before. As if this wasn’t the best birthday present already, we spent the rest of the day doing everything I wanted. Here’s how I spent my Birthday in Budapest:

Early Morning wake up + opening presents (J got me these; obsessed).

The flight from Malta to Budapest was perhaps the smoothest travel ever.

Arrive in Budapest, only to be greeted by this:

Post-dessert lunch at The Great Market Hall.

The prettiest (and tastiest!) ice cream I ever did see.
